My content on my channel will be a little bit of everything. I will be doing a lot of outdoors videos "hunting and fishing", some gardening tips and tricks, some fabrication. I hope to share some things with all of you to maybe help you with some of your projects or inspire you to start some new ones. Please don't be afraid of asking for help everyone needs a little help at one time or another, nobody can do everything on there own.

That's my boy fixing things rather than buying new. Great job.
I'm glad Ryan purchased it. It's really going to help us out.
Nice bracelet. Did my granddaughter make that for her Daddy?
Yes 😊
By the gas tank, I can tell you replaced a Tecumseh engine. (Awful snow engines IMO.) But what type of engine did you replace it with? Cool vid!!
Techumseh motors are good motors and last a very long time (if taken care of properly) I still run my 35 year old Toro blower with the original motor in it, which is a 1988 model and it runs like the day it was new. My other blower is a newer model which also has a Techumseh and it and it will probably last way after I am gone. ALof people just don't take care of equipment is the main reason they are constantly replacing parts.
Car radios are amazingly sensitive.I have picked up FM stations 200km away.
I found a VW on marketplace. I sent it to you on messenger.
😂😂😂
No no, it'll run. But keeping oil in it? There's your problem. Also applies if it's painted Detroit green.
Haha

Here in a few weeks it will be mandatory!!!! Haha
You can gain some efficiency by routing the 1" combustion intake outdoors also, consuming the air you're trying to heat to maintain combustion is similar to running a small exhaust fan in the coop, this creates a constant draw of outdoor air through any coop crevices. You want to create a closed loop of heated air like the HVAC in a home, so you're not exhausting heated, indoor air or introducing any unheated ambient air from outdoors.
I'm glad you are getting it fixed in case we need to use the tire machine.
Need a small solar system to keep your battery fully charged.
Look for old water heater and run your exhaust thru it first before going outside, that wsy u get more use of the exhaust heat. There’s some videos on TH-cam to see what I m talking about
I have seen some of these videos and have thought about it, my only concern is that when you cool the exhaust you run the risk of building up soot/carbon and condensation in the exhaust restricting air flow causing the heater not to run very well. Some of those videos they open the unit because it wouldn’t light, they show all the soot buildup in the combustion chamber and on the glow plug. We run this continuously if the ambient temperature is below 35-38 degrees, i believe it would soot up faster in our scenario.
Great video , I am thinking of getting one of these as well , feed prices suck in Canada .. and the quality is crap
Definitely worth the investment, I have had zero issues with it. Should have gotten it years ago
Good deal, that's some cold temps!
Ok, I want a dump trailer. Clever setup. I'm thinking about a RV jack with 19" of lift. I was thinking about sitting it where I could operate the jack from the side with a small motor or hand crank. I'm not a welder so my thinking is bolt together build. But I like this. Just noticed this was a couple years ago. How's it holding up
I put this together for my dad for his walk behind tractor, unfortunately he never has gotten the dump bed lined and finished. It is just parked out in the pasture, hasn’t even used it yet.
@@redneckengineering maybe some day
Neat little heater
Works pretty dang well also
Looks kinda chilly...
It was at the time, would take those temps over what we have been having here lately!
@@redneckengineering 30s with freezing rain here in Missouri

@@redneckengineering ok, we're having a heat wave 😁
Looks good!
They were perfect, I definitely see more of these will be in our future haha
Very cool!
The marine antenna is tuned in length for the marine band frequencies. The FM and AM frequencies are quite a bit lower, and really require a longer antenna for best reception. Any metal tubing can be used to increase the length you have, and if you get the total length up to 30 or 31 inches, that would be the best for FM radio reception.
Probably going to need 2 more of those intakes to have a fire the size of the tank to actually burn very well.
It definitely needs a bigger intake, for the time being we just vented the lid a little. I’ll add another vent when the weather warms up a little bit sub zero temps all this week again!
Thanks for the helpful video. I have been flipping snowblowers for years and the extra money helps. I go thru the whole snowblower and been pretty lucky with fixing them and selling them at a decent price. I suggest spraying a silicone base spray in the auger section and the chute section for it makes the snow from sitting and throws it father . Thanks again
Hope it helps!
It will be interesting, keep us posted!
Works great, have more videos coming soon. Going to put it to the real test this weekend the high is going to be -7 degrees so it could be interesting!
@@redneckengineering good deal! Looking forward to it!
My son has a chicken setup exactly like this. LOL Give the kids a big hug from Grandpa.
haha I think he has made several changes with his setup in the last month or so, more videos coming soon on those changes!!
Hay honey, can you come over and help your sweet ole dad out? LOL
Getting the lights to be operational was something I wanted to do, but definitely got done specifically for helping you haha
That's a nice tractor!
I like Hay Honey LLC!
It was a great find, few things that need done but all in all it’s a great tractor
Good deal! I bet you'll make your money back! How's the coop doing? Looks warm in there.
It’s doing good, I have several update videos that I need to get edited lost a cable for my hard drive finally got a new one the other day. It is an ever changing project in the process of adding on again right now haha something to do with bird math!!!!
Are you getting eggs from your pheasant yet?
No they should start laying around march-April, they only lay eggs early spring for 30-60 days
Is the new engine the same mounting with us at the Tecumseh
I’m sorry I’m not quite sure what you are asking this engine has the same mounting pattern as the original but if you are asking if they have the same as a tecumseh engine I’m not sure the mounting pattern on both of these they are 3-1/8" x 6-3/8"
*Promo sm* 💞
Why would the engine even have a stator if it isn’t intended to charge a battery? I’d like to add a light to my used MTD blower but assumed there’s no charging system on it.
Congratulations on 100!
Thank you!
Seems like you started this video twice. I bought a magnetic antenna to place on the metal roof. It will be connected to an older receiver that I got for free. Bought some JBL speakers years ago at a garage sale for about $10. Should work well. I used a t-type antenna in my other metal building, and it works so much better that the little wire.
are you going to make an update video?
I will get one put together this weekend for you, still working great!
👍
My newholland mower gear box has no plugs on it you have to pull cover off and suck oil out the top
Does your new Holland share oil with the bar?
No it does not but throwing some ideas out there of the way the engineers mind set was in the 80’s
And seems like engineers have only gotten worse haha
Do you know if like all the wjr handles and things like that fit in this t rail?
I’m not very familiar with them but it looks compatible might have to use different bolts but you can buy bolts that slide right in this t-rail from any local hardware store.
So Glad i Ran Across your Video , I never thought of being able to repurpose my 2 old car cd players, well i followed prompts and Got same antenna up and PSU and with outside antenna can finally get more stations , i used an old Roof jack for antenna bracket Excited to have player working again and it Cranks Thanx
Your math ain't mathing
How cool
Those babies look cold with how they’re huddling up! First few days chicks need to have temps around 100 degrees Fahrenheit, looks like your thermometer is reading a bit under that. Maybe lower the light a bit?
The light was just turned on minutes before this, first week brooder temps need to be 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Thanks
That's life, moving from project to another.🤷♀️ brrrrr those temps!
Lol yup so ready for spring, suppose to be lows of 8 degrees this weekend.
I need some of that insulation.
🧐
Projects projects projects!
Like father like son ☺️
Have plenty of them haha
