Ingredients:
*Bangus (milkfish)
*garlic
*ginger
*onion
*long green pepper
*black pepper
*soysauce
*vinegar
*1 tablespoon oil
*water
*eggplant or okra
Instructions:
1. Arrange ginger ,onion and garlic in a pot.
2.Add Eggplant and Milkfish (Bangus)
3.pour soysauce and vinegar
4.add a lil water
5.add ground black pepper and long green pepper
6.add 1 tablespoon oil.
7.Cover and let boil for 10minutes until cooked.
8.Done
