everyone is always hard on Mimi,but you have to admit that Mimi is an extremely hard part for a high school student. very mature.

only problem is that collins is to "ok". he just got mugged. he should look and act more injured.

This is a breathe of fresh air. I have seen so many productions of Rent which just imitate the broadway version. This production has tried to do something different and make it their own. I love how the audience are so close, it allows the actors to be more intimate and subtle. Was this a professional production? Where was it performed?

why do all choirs seem incredibly bored when they sing this? Great voices, but I just find it sad that it looks like they're not enjoying themselves

Favourite part is the reversal at 4:33. Collins: (Ohshitohshitwhatsmyline) ...Langston Hughes...!? Roger: Lenny Bruce! And then Collins nods like "THANK YOU" and Roger does the "I got your back, bro" finger gun thing. xD

i'm tearing up. i remember doing this kind of stuff in my high school choir. we did Annie Get Your Gun, and one of my friends and I had a little too much fun doing it.
