I'd like to point out that, in Furina's story quest, she receives her vision when she performs "The little oceanid". Neuvillette said before that he would love to see Furina play although he respects her wishes to not act again, and that he would assist the show anyway since she helped in its creation. I think he also has a line mentionning that if he ever saw Furina act again, he would give her his truest and most genuine applause. All of that could easily imply that during the show, after all she has done for 500 years and because she played despite having set a ground rule for herself, instead of the fake vision that should have fallen, Neuvillette decided to give a real vision because he was truly moves by the spectacle and thought she well, deserved it. In Furina's story, it is also mentionned that the vision felt more like a recompense for the hardwork she has done over the past centuries rather than for an accomplishment. So I'd say, absolutely all the signs point to you being correct, especially since the Heavens are not known for being the most generous (they were the one Furina deceived on top of that) and there is no more hydro archon that could grand a vision. So the most likely person who would have been able to grant this vision is indeed Neuvillette, as an immense thanks for Furina (especially given the power of her vision, which truly matches a god, or hydro dragon I guess).

No, Neuvilette did not grant Furina a vision. Neuvilettes lore does not say that the elemental authorities have a hand in handing them out. It's still a passive thing, with elemental authorities simply setting aside some of their power for wishes to claim

I dont know if I really agree with the idea of Neuvillette regaining his authority being the reason that Furina can use both alignments I mean It's confirmed he gave her a vision that part I get. However It seems so integral to her overall design that it feels like an ability of hers to wield both alignments as maybe a part of link to her divinity perhaps which I think they are hinting she still has some of it. I don't believe it has been stated outright that because Neuvillette has full control of both Arkhe alignments it means new vision holders have the ability to wield both. I mean, wouldn't have focalors had control over both as the holder of the Hydro authority and Archon of Fontaine?

There is literally a lore about this in Nuevillete's character description.

Story quest suggests that she is only dreaming to become a real god and she calls her visions a blessing of the gods so she will honor it. It's not a dragon vision and celestia will make her real archon later.

Furina deserve a vision of all the suffers she held but not aranara's quest (i forgot the name girl)

You're missing the big question: does Furina's vision make her an Allogene, or does the origin of her vision make it a functional but false vision?

I also think that Furina's Vision is unique and powerful because Neuvillette, sensing her inner spark igniting and calling for a Vision, wanted to make her a special gift for those dreaded 500 years, as well as to show her both his care and his Dragon Sovereign's ultimate recognition

I really like this theory, it seems really legit. Another thing that could support this is, that Furina's abilities seem to have the look of the primordial sea and she creates living creatures out of this, idk if its explained cuz im not that far with friendship on her yet. And also, I saw a slowed down version of her burst and something that looks like a dragon in it? I think she really got a special vision from Neuvi. TT Poor Furina :( at least he appreciates her efforts and cares, Im really glad
