Is that even possible? Where is your NVR? You need a base unit for the camera to connect to don’t you? Because from what I know, that’s why it’s not working. I would imagine the model shown in this video is meant for that kind of setup, not as a stand alone camera.

Check your phone is up to date and if it is check and restart your WiFi it could be that your phone is to old

Same thing happened to me and it was my modem/router that wasn't letting the system connect to devices outside of the wifi network. I restarted my modem/router and work just fine now.

Mine won't connect either...complete garbage and I didnt even get an email confirmation after ordering or receipt of any kind when delivered

the same issue is arising with me it shows progress till 85% later pops with a screening showing try again or contact customer care. so stupid thing.

It's probably because you didn't put both antenana.
