The Higher the Monkey Climbs: The higher one climbs in an organization or society, the more their flaws become visible. Power's Distortion: Power distorts and damages the human brain. Mirror Neurons: Power can switch off mirror neurons, leading to a lack of empathy. Antidote to Power: There's a need for an antidote to power's distorting effects.

So true, one should start preparing much earlier. It's not just about how you want to be occupied but also how you wish your family to be. In my case, my wife took this as a "Retirement Project" and planned to achieve whatever we wanted to in terms of financial and sustainable and stature Goals. In my case, I am into life coaching and have started writing a book too.
