Oh, yeah, and the dried meat is best, indeed. The smoked one just cooks a bit faster and gives you a bit more energy, but you can get that from other sources as well (blue mushrooms, sleep 😅). Btw, meat soup doesn't spoil, I don't remember if I mentioned, and it cooks the fastest, but that's when you stay around camp, ofc. For the road, dried meat works best, for sure. 😊

Hey, it's so funny, you were so tired.😂 Don't stress so much, take it easy, the people will like this no matter how long it takes. :) The thing with the armor is 3 metal pieces per piece of armor - just like stick or bone armor (+2 ropes +1 banana leaf). So you need, what, 12 metal bands, which is 6 melted metal nuggets. And btw, you can also eat those food cans you have and use the cans as well 😉. The thing with crafting is by trial and error, don't be afraid to experiment. You can get some resources, open your carft menu and try combining different stuff to see what you can get. You are getting good at this, don't sell yourself short, that's the way to do it, experiment and discover 😉

Too many bugs in this game to justify the 20$ price. Just play Barn Finders they do this kind of thing much better without the game breaking bugs.

Interesting idea. Watching Locker Nuts on YT gives you a real taste of how much work is required to make a living. I would be interested to see how fixing works. I watched it all! 😀

Earth Shards are use to make more Tethers

Hey, there! So, the mud charcoal furnace makes charcoal. You just need to add wood (sticks, planks) to the mid circle, so destroy that fire inside it and just add wood instead and then cover it with another mud brick (you'll get the prompt when you've filled it with wood) and then start the fire. Then, the charcoal yielded from there (it's gonna take a while to get it) you have to add it to the furnace (top circle - you can see a small icon of some charcoal and fire there 😉), and then start that fire. After that, add the iron ore/can into the lower circle and wait to get the melted iron nugget. Then, you just follow the instructions in the notebook ;) It's ok to ask for help, it's not that easy to figure it all out by yourself in the beginning. 😊 About the axes, I don't know much, because I always use what is easiest to make, didn't use that blade axe at all, to be honest.. I usually use either obsidian axe (I think it's better than normal axe) or normal one. If needed, you can even make a simple stick and stone axe (it's not as good, though). Ah, and one more thing: that bone totem you avoided destroying - that's actually the native spawner, so if you don't want enemies spawning close to the camp, destroy that totem 😂 Oh, yes, and the frog stretcher works exactly how you said, you need to pick up a frog (alive) and put it (with E, no need to open your inventory) in the stretcher. But make sure you have some things to heal yourself with before you touch the froggies, though 😂 Enjoy!

Harvesting the destroyed anvil, you likely got stone or iron, but you were full on inventory.

Hey! Cat fangs are just a part of the prequel story (SOA). You can't do anything with them here, you can get rid of those. And about soups, they don't go bad, but unfortunatelly, you cannot pour them in bottles either. The devs took that out, 'cause it got too easy to survive.. it makes sense, if you think about it. 😅 I enjoyed the episode, and yeah, sometimes it gets chaotic, but you are in the Amazonian jungle - you are surrounded by danger 😂

Nice video! I'll def have to check this game out. This is just the demo, correct? I've been playing LorR: Return to Moria, so this kind of reminded me of it with the dwarves and crafting. Also, that is a very fine Hobbit-hole.

Thanks for pointing this game out to me, it does look like it could be very good. A small comment/suggestion, I don't know if you had motion blur turned off or not, it looked like it is on and to me that makes watching the video disorienting and motion sickness inducing.

Hey, good episode 👍. The glitch with the bow was nasty. First I thought it might've despawned due to durability, but I noticed that wasn't the issue. Anyway, glad you got it back. Ok, so few things: 1. the armadillo hint: that was just a baby, look for the bigger ones ;) 2. The water filter works with rain, too, no need to pour water into it; 3. Weather hint: there is a dry season (no rain), so a mud water filter might come in handy at some point (maybe not in story mode, as you're on the run to the finish). But you could also keep some mushrooms on you and drink from the river ;) 4. don't miss on good resources: a long fruit that never spoils (looks like corn) and heart of palm (a young palm with redish stem), cut it and get the white stem. Also, don't forget the blue mushrooms- the best in terms of energy and parasites and the green fruit (looks like avocado) good for parasites, too. PS: I enjoy your videos, keep up the good work. ☺️

Hey there! About capybara, you are saying it right now, thank you 😂 About the days being short, yeah, that happens in single player, time fast forwards when you sleep. That doesn't happen in multiplayer except when all players sleep at the same time. 😊

You missed the calendar on the wall - you can save the game there. 😉 Make new armor, you cannot repair it. You'll improve the durability of things you craft with experience. The more you make, the better it is. Try and use everything you can. For ex. you can harvest the bodies for bones, and make better armor. 😊

For the weapons, there is a weapon rack, but you'd have to discover the blueprint somewhere in the jungle. Also, some stuff you can put in basckets (charcoal, bones, green coconuts, etc.) and it can hold 50 pieces, compared to the shelf/box where you can fit a limited amount. And you are right about the turtles, its shell is a better bowl than a coconut bowl 😉

I've completed this game so many times. It has different endings and different paths to follow. I always come back to it 🙂 One of my favourite survival games. My only problem i have with it is the armor breaks too easily 🙂

One last advice: without giving you spoilers, you can make armor in this game, just play with the crafting menu a bit. Let me know if you wanna know more. I don't want to spoil your fun. 🙂
