@jordan De Vaux - A slow one! 56rwkw, G180Z SOHC 1.8L with a single 32/36 downdraft weber, mild cam and extractors. Slow as hell. It's getting a real engine built at the moment, hence the lack of videos! But if you have a nice suspension setup, you can drift with inertia and keep the car sideways, which is what I would do. This engine is a tiny bit slower than most stock 4AGE engines.. I'd recommend something a lot more powerful ie turbo, or a better NA build.

It was actually such low speed it was hard to keep it sideways without spinning. Mind you I was the noobest noob back then!

@steve000ish Thanks! Nah just normally aspirated, only running a 32/36 weber at the moment. Forced induction is on the cards, but a little way off yet!

@diablostallionweezle I think he meant in general, although it's not a super quick car it keeps up surprisingly well through the corners with the others! But thanks, the transitions seem to be pretty quick because I have no power (lol) so there isn't much wheelspin in it! There's another transition technique I want to try, but I can't til I get more power..

Thanks everyone!! Yeah this is with the lock spacers. And yeah around 56rwkw, oh and the ignition system was all twisted wires after the electronic ignition gave out and I had to "race fit" an old points dizzy... lol. I'm loving the fender mirrors though! Really shows the look I'm going for with this car, instead of what everyone generally thinks when they see a Gemini! Jono, soon as I put the incar vids up you'll see your wagon a bit more ;) And Dman whatchu talkin' bout, you're my mate too!

@diablostallionweezle Heheh yeah, the video cut it off but I *think* on this run I went too deep on the scando, then tried to straighten it a bit to keep it on the track... Which ended up straightening a bit too much and plowing the front! I didn't have too much understeer by comparison, although the fronts are getting a bit rubbish.. Perhaps time to change them!

Heheh, thanks! Most of it's in third, besides the S across the skidpan, and the first bit of the bowl (big long left). I need a run-up for third, but once it does it, it's awesome! Bit embarrassing at the end, I think it cut out for a split second on the transition (listen carefully!) then I over-compensated and took out a cone! Hahaha all good fun!

Yeah, the bowl's a tricky one, second will scream awesomely, spin the wheels.. but then it'll grip up and run out of legs! Third just doesn't have the power to keep them turning! It's a trade-off. If I hit it with enough speed I can get most of the way around on third and natural, but otherwise second gives stacks more response!
