I just called snap on , they sent me the rebuild kit for free. They also gave me an option of just replacing it for free. Next time call the snap on warranty department!!!

Prefilling is not needed, just oil the seal and screw it on, dump in some 0W-20 and drive it before the blue light goes off. I'll be using a Purolator BOSS filters in one of my changes.

Hey mate, I know it's an old video but I'm grasping at straws here. I've had a pair of R-15PMs for about 5 or so years, went to use them the other morning and they just won't turn on, I've tried different outlets, different cables you name it, nothing. Any ideas what might be wrong? I'd love to keep using them, will probably take them to a local speaker place to get them repaired but wanted to ask if anyone here had any suggestions first.

Pull the manifold Replace the crank sensor OEM ONLY Replace the ENTIRE CCV system Replace ALL the dipstick tube O-rings, upper on the stick itself and lower in the oil pan Replace the vacuum hoses and intake boot Repair the DISA New TB seal New Manifold gaskets New IAT sensor Oring Check for valve cover leaks they = vacuum leaks too, bad gasket, cracked cover Replace VANOS assembly DR. Vanos or Besian systems Replace the fuel filter/regulator Test fuel pressure Replace 02 sensors up and down stream Replace air filter Clean MAF Clean out manifold good before reassembly Replace spark plugs Replace coils Change oil and filter Clear adaptive factors from the DME Update DME programming Should run fantastic 🎉

A warped rim will transmit the wobble more than you may think. Check your spokes.

I tried to take the back screws out and they both stripped out instantly! I watched another disassembly video and he did the same thing! Expensive gas station knife! Their customer service is horrible too. The rep flat out lied to me! Done with kershaw!

Tusk and Rolling Maverics make the aluminium tire levers and there every bit as good as motion pro for half the price. Rolling g mavericks are the only ones I've found the that have a 17mm and a 24mm tire lever which suits the crf perfect. If you go there check out there trail stand as well lightest one on the market.
