But Your Subaru can’t Hall things , it can’t pull a Trailer , it Can’t Go four wheeling in mountains haha
my 2005 subaru forester can do that as well and I get 30 mpg :)

My 1993 Toyota pickup can do the same as your Subaru and it will out last your Subaru, it has a 7.5 foot bed, is a manual, and has close to 1900lbs of payload.
I used 4×4 h sometimes in the snow and the mpg is 14.
Maybe next time you will catch some fish 💜💜
