Genshin Impact’s Endgame Could Be Harder, but Should It?
Good day! This time, we'll discuss the state of Genshin's endgame and how they prevent power creep, especially compared to their sister game, Honkai: Star Rail, and talk about changes the developers could implement if they want to make it harder and if they should in general.
Also, I may not be uploading at all this month because duh, it's December.

Hoyoverse's Bold Choices for Genshin Impact
มุมมอง 76011 หลายเดือนก่อน
Hello everyone, this is my first video ever so hopefully you go easy on me, whether it comes to the editing or voice, even I can tell it's probably subpar. In any case, I made this video to explain my thoughts about the strengths and weaknesses of Genshin Impact and why some people dislike it, as well as try to explain Hoyoverse's unorthodox methods and choices when developing Genshin Impact th...
Hyperbloom still relevant in 20 effin 24. xD
Did you use IVTC filter rendering this video? And is so, why?
I'm your 15th subscriber. I love potatoes. Remember me.
I would say a lot of this stems from the fact that these days, when it comes to Gacha games it's a combination of "addiction" and "Gate-Keeping" one of the things that I have noticed when talking to people who play these sorts of games, if you were to ask them for example, "How bad are the Microtransaction?" no matter which gacha game it was, it was always someone telling me that their gacha game was "less" predatory than some other titles and how you should get into it and try it, even though it's well known that even the most high-quality gacha games have just as much awful monetization systems as any other and try to sell you on these for some odd reason and if you try to ask them more complex questions or make criticisms about such topics, they tend try to maneuver around it always trying to mash in something positive about the game (which isn't bad on its own) even though there are glaring flaws with such arguments, pushing further on how said positive statement isn't great, can lead you to being ignored sometimes or having someone come out of the wood-works to essentially, "tell you the real facts" when ultimately it's just ramblings from someone that spent far too much time and money with the game that they might as well be hooked with obligation alone. And as far as the Gate-Keeping goes, with the drastic change gaming has taken now with games being overall less fun with companies mostly making these games for whales and outsiders that barely even play games (if at all) changing the overall landscape into something we don't recognize and the fact that these days people not taking any criticism well and easy to anger, it was bound to happen that other communities would get upset at each other, people don't like their favorite things that they love to be mocked and so they have to set the record straight, it's kinda like that "rick and morty" effect where, if someone says something (even if its valid) they hit you with the, "Well, you don't know what you are talking about, you just don't understand the complexities of my favorite game, therefore you are low IQ" thus your comment is immediately shut-down and a lot of the community will rush to gang-up on you, which solidifies the point if these communities just being toxic cesspools that just want nothing but praise and if you can't provide that, you're just a "hater" To end this off, you can attest a lot of this to the internet as a whole as well, cause communities now are hardly that, since most of them are defined by your loudest members and those are typically the ones that have the most extreme views or arguments that sometimes don't even fit into the realm of reality with the community as a whole, so the idea of communities for such games doesn't have the same weight as in the past at least in my opinion, it's just something to make you feel special like you're apart of something, when in reality, these communities are very fickle in nature, you stray away from the positivity for even a single moment and they'll likely exile you at a moments notice, things are just getting sad now for gaming and gacha games are no exception.
4:40 errr... Palworld and Pokemon?
It's nice seeing someone finally talk about this but I believe you went a little bit too narrow on your view of both sides Specially this year, discussion gachas has become increasingly hostile towards each other and had created a divided fan base that can't live without shitting in each other's games (to keep it nicely)
I like drama.
Nice video, finally someone mentioned it
Lots of lesbians and Bisexuals, I just hate how they ruin everything
This is the best video on the internet and it has persuaded me to drop some money for this man.
"son of a nice lady"

didn’t even realize this was your first video, very professional and it’s well made tbh i’ll be subscribing
Actually good video, this has been a problem within the community for years now. Those people who only care for the characters suffers the most because they care less about exploration and questing but more on the combat and end game.
this is me. i often feel burnt out on genshin because i care about getting primogems cuz i like using the cool characters, i always skip dialogue. lately ive been trying to make myself care more so i can enjoy the game itself
