For jog you can play from pancham or Re, but you can use scale shifting mainly for light music, for rag playing it’s not recommended.

Aap kitne time se seekh rahe ho agar time jyada nahi hua hai to jab thak jate ho tab rest kar lo kyunki shuru main hum flute play karne ke liye bahut jyada efforts lagate hai aur jor bhi iske ulat jab hamari practic acchi ho jati hai to flute ki blowing effortless ho jati hai isliye shuru shuru ke josh main bahut jyada practice na kare dhire dhire se practice ka time badhaye to aasani se cheeje ho jayengi.
