I pray no matter what. At the end of everyday I pray with nothing but gratitude even on the bad days. I thank god for my health, the food and water he provides, the roof over my head and the health, love and goodness in my heart. I thank him everyday for simply giving me another day. That's how it should be, never ever take things for granted just because things are going good and never assume he's given up on you just because things are going bad. You've got to take the bad things with the good but as long as you're thankful and acknowledge the good you do have in your life things will truly never be, that bad.
