Chicken Street Tacos
Recipe:
- 2 Medium Sized Chicken Breasts (Cut into 1/2 in pieces)
- 2 Tbsp Chicken Taco Seasoning
- Shredded Cabbage
- Taco Cheese
- Cilantro Lime Crema
As far the wraps go, I used the burrito sized flour tortilla. But you could go with romaine lettuce or not even use a wrap.
Cut chicken into 1/2" pieces
Mix together chicken and seasoning (with 4-5 Tbsp of water) in a pan over medium heat
Let the seasoned chicken cook for 5-7 minutes
Build with Chicken, Cabbage, Cheese and top with the Cilantro Lime Crema (even a squeeze of fresh lime).
This recipe is enough to feed 2-3 people

    This is so much easier then grilling each pepper over kitchen burner. Just roasted 4 bell peppers according to your instructions and I had no problem removing the skin.
