Today I am making a delicious meal of pan seared salmon and shrimp! As you will see in the video the ingredients and preparation is easy!
You will need:
olive oil
your favorite seasoning
butter
a pan/skillet to pan sear the seafood
salmon (I used sockeye wild caught salmon)
shrimp (I used red Argentinan shrimp)
I buy most all of my meat and seafood from either Sams Club or Costco.

Today we will be smoking a pork shoulder (AKA pork butt) using the low and slow method. I will be smoking this overnight at a temperature between 180-200 degrees, then upping the temperature to 250 degrees the next morning for the remainder of the smoke. Spritz your paper and it will be more pliable, brisket looks great. I don’t cook to temp, I cook to tenderness which for my liking is closer to 205F.
