9 times out of ten when relatives move in to "take care" of someone they are just mooches looking for a free place to stay.

This is truly a CRIME and should be treated as such should that dog suffer medically weight loss etc she should be financially liable. This woman should be prosecuted!! Prayers for the dog her family and community who love her.

I love Rand Paul and his father Ron, I wholeheartedly supported his dad when he ran. But wouldn't teriffs do the sane thing as a merchant tax in raising prices which Rand supports and promotes? But at the same time eliminating the income tax? Only teriffs would bring industry back to the homeland.
