Answering the question at 10:50 those creatures are the same that appeared in the final days of Amarout. These tentacle mobs appear in the Amarout dungeon, in the trash mobs before the final boss.

No those things arent related to the sin eaters, those are terminus beasts, the same kind of creatures we fought in the Amaurot dungeon . So far we dont know where they come from.
