how to create .dbs file ?

Great video. Please when I used staadpro v8i my shearwalls were not transferred to rcdc. I used surface,and also used the generate mesh option to create the surface bought it still didn't work. Please what am I missing? The rcdc reads the staadpro v8i file but the shearwalls are not transferred.

EVEN SHEARWALL WAS MODELED USING PARAMETRIC MODEL IN STAAD PRO CONNECT, RCDC 8.0 CANNOT IMPORT THE SHEARWALL. IT ONLY IMPORTS COLUMNS.... NO LIE.

Can you model the same bridge with link slab using Midas fea nx ? To study the performance of link slab

Muchas gracias por subir estos videos, están muy buenos. En el ejemplo 3, 47:02 estuve probando como lo hace en el video, con 50 tramos y anduvo bastante parecido; y luego lo quise probar con 1 tramo, pero sale un error que entiendo es porque no se puede aplicar una carga puntual en el tramo del cable. (**ERROR-CABLE MEMBER HAS NON-UNIFORM LOAD SPECIFIED). De la otra manera, con las divisiones se puede aplicar en un nodo. Igual con un solo tramo solamente, y solo la carga uniforme distribuida, tuve que activar la opcion de Advanced Cable Analysis.
