I like the Juke too Sam but you’re right that it’s a bit of a marmite car! Nissan have made some solid improvements though which should help the car stay up in the sales charts - which is fantastic news for the Sunderland workers 👏🏻😊 That ride looked hard though on those 19” wheels 🫨 wonder how easy those wheels and tyres will damage on our potholed roads too 😬 our old Scenic has 20” wheels and doesn’t ride anywhere near as bad as that, yet still I’ve had to replace a tyre this year because of a pothole ☹️ Seems like the spare wheel on the Juke will be a wise investment if you opt for the 19s 😁 Totally agree about the more vibrant colours too - always nice to see manufacturers giving us some fresh and exciting colour options ❤

Great review Sam. The ride does seem firm on 19" wheels, so it would be the N-Connecta on 17" for me. Got to have some comfort on our pot-holed roads. The yellow looks grand, def makes a statement compared to boring grey cars 😀

Is there a plastic shortage in Wolfsburg? You could get a brick through that lower grill. Still no return of the bonnet gas strut yet the lowly Octavia gets 2. I paid £just over £22,000 for a match edition in 2020, equivalent car you are now looking at £30 grand. So much for "The peoples car".

Why do they always go for the RF model . The true classic is the soft top . Top up , or down in four seconds , even for an old crock like me .

All the wheel choices are horrible, and the chavvy privacy glass doesn't help its appearance - other than that, an excellent good looking family car. More sensible and practical than any SUV - but, as you know, you need an SUV for the school run, for trips to the football training ground and for sitting high up and looking like a prat, so I don't see VW selling many.

I don't really get cars in this segment would it not be better value buying a polo,must be similar on fuel,tax,larger boot,5 door, better sound system,nav, turbocharged 1.0tsi

I don't understand why all the presenters for the t-cross get the r-line which is actually less equipped than the style line. What you get with this r-line are actually sporty looking gimmicks. Absolutely nothing necessary.

Great review Sam. I think the back end of the Passat is the best angle, looks very solid, not too sure about the front just yet. The interior in the R line does look very plush. It's about time the Government increased the £40,000 vehicle tax threshold. 😏

Can you please say "claimed miles" next time? Most makers fall 25-30% short of claimed miles when driven in the real world.

That’s a gorgeous Car 😍 as you say the Mustang is such an icon - it’s a real shame they don’t make cars like this anymore. There’s honestly nothing like a V8 either - it’s a shame your generation won’t see many more of them Sam. Over the years we’ve had a few V8s in my family and the character of a car is totally transformed by a one 😎 My pick of all the old American cars would be a Chrysler 300c from the 60s or an Imperial - they were both fantastic too. If you get time Sam look up the Chrysler Turbine car, that shows how advanced and forward thinking the Americans were in the 60s - it’s quite incredible really. Jay Leno still has a working one and it’s a snapshot to a totally different world. Big up Sam’s muscle flex too 😂😂💪 and the accent - love the inclusion of a bit of fun in your reviews 😁 also shot out to the boss man lending you his pride and joy too 😊😊
