This should be in the OG game but dependent heavily on encumbered status. Like vaulting is disabled after the second or third level of being encumbered.

why don't you show some npc and run away from them to force them to unspawn and then remeet them again to see if they're still there otherwise it's not alife but just a gimmick

The voices that you heard where from the anomaly, there is a monster cat inside of the garage which makes you hear things. Showing this as an example of anything your mod does is disingenuous!

This exact scenario happened in this exact place for me without any mods related to "A-Life" or AI changes.

So i got this mod on Xbox and every time i transform into lich the camera get messed up and i glitch through the floor. Cant even see my character, if i try to zoom out max at best i can see my bottom half so it makes it totally unplayable. Any idea why and/or how to fix this?

Uhh hi, sorry to bother you mate, is there any chance that the other lich formations will come to xbox? The quality of those formations is really good and would allow for some really cool play throughs and i know i'm not the only person that would love to see the other transformations on xbox :)
