Just bought the deer 2.0 20" tire ebike and I'll have to say I love this little thing. Switch between torque and cadence sensors, goes fast and the bike looks awesome! Buy one. You'll like it.

I loved everything about this bike and the out of nowhere bang!! M y battery just died ive only put 950 miles on it! So disappointed.It went from being fine the only charging to 6% over night! I cant believe this what a financial disaster for me. $1000 for a new battery!!! How did this just die out of the blue??? PLEASE MAGICYCLE I NEED HELP!! WHAT WRONG WITH THIS????

The worst brand ever! When it comes to electric bikes I had a bad experience with magicycle cruiser ST ( a very bad one especially with mechanical problems )

Thank you for the informative how-to on the controller removal & replacement. Have you made a video on replacing the cadence sensor? I've been experiencing a momentary power loss at about 9-10 mph regardless of the PAS setting. I've unplugged both the right brake sensor and throttle sensors (at different times) and the problem persists. Also, have you had problems with the cadence sensor on the Ocelot Pro. My Ocelot Pro is a 2023 model with 5400-miles and 52V20ah battery. Thank you again.

Weight Capacity ?

I bought this exact bike almost a month ago, I like it a lot but on the app it said for up to 500 pound load, but on the instructions on the bike is 350 pounds max load that’s one thing. The other thing is, I ordered an extra battery with the bike, so I ended up paying $1799 for the bike. but they didn’t send the extra battery. I talked to them They said they was gonna send it. I hope they are good for their word.

Will the single pivot point of the rear suspension on that Magicycle Deer (in your video) become loose and develop play in the bearing/bushings over time, causing the rear swing axle to become loose and sloppy?

I got my Cruser Pro a little over a month ago and I absolutely LOVE it. I use it to commute from home to work, do grocery shopping and I only have to charge the battery once every week and a half, roughly. I used to dread my travels on my pedal bike, now I look forward to riding my bike every time. I would 100% recommend buying a Cruiser Pro to anyone who's looking into purchasing an ebike. It was actually this TH-cam video(full length one) review that helped me to make the decision on going with Magicycle. I'm glad I did.

I have that exact bike you have on this video just got it, took it up and down the road a couple times and the battery went from 100% to 75%, what am I doing wrong?

I would fully charge it. When the charger light turns from red to green and the fan shuts off. Just do not forget to unplug it even though the charger shuts off automatically.
