Here’s how to make Dong Po Pork in just one hour at home! All you need is a wok pan.

동파육 퇴근하고 집에와도 빨리 만들어 먹을 수 있습니다.
여섯시간씩 만들 필요도 없습니다.
딱 한시간만 졸여보세요.
* 레시피 *
1. 오겹살 한근 먹고싶은 크기(정사각형)로 썰고, 십자모양으로 칼집 내기
2. 팬에 올리브유 2스푼 넣고 고기를 전면 익혀주기
3. 물 650ml, 진간장 종이컵 한컵, 올리고당 반컵, 흑설탕 반컵, 춘장 두스푼 넣고 쌍화탕 한병 넣고 끓이기.
4. 양파 한개, 대파 2개, 마늘 5알, 후추 한줌(30알)과 구워둔 고기를 넣고 졸입니다.
5. 20분에 한번씩 뒤섞으면서 3번, 총 한시간 끓여줍니다.
6. 청경채는 끓는물에 소금 1티스푼 넣고 1분 삶아줍니다.
7. 먹기좋은 크기로 썰어서 먹어주면 완성. 흰 쌀밥과 같이 먹으면 더 맛있어요.

      저는 설탕 좀 줄이고 마이노멀 스테비아시럽 넣어서 먹었어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 생강큐브도 좀 넣었는데 너무 끓이니까 날아가버리더라구욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 고기는 400그람했는데 괜찮았어요! 중국고추 추가해서 약간 맵게해도 진짜 맛있을거같아요!

    춘장만 따로 구입하기 아까우시면 춘장대신 짜장라면에 들어있는 액상스프 사용하시고 남은 동파육 소스에 적당량 전분물 만들어 걸죽하게 한뒤 남은 짜장라면 익혀서 비벼드시면 그것도 맛잇어요 ^^

      중국에서 동파육 , 홍소육 만드는 레시피만 해도 무지막지하게 많음 원래 동파육이랑 홍소육은 중국 가정식이라 불릴정도로 중국 가정에서 많이 해먹는 음식임 이정도만해도 가정식으로 손색없는 동파육임

      유럽에서도 버진으로 스테이크 굽고 마이야르 반응까지 합니다. 버진 발연점이 160~170정도로 낮다고 알려져있는데 이건 옛날 가공기술이 부족해 품질이 좋지 못하던 얘기고. 요즘은 버진도 발연점 200전후. 버진으로 튀김까지 해도 아무런 문제 없습니다.
