At Techtonic Hobbies, we firmly believe that hobbies are an excellent way for kids to take a break from screen time and engage in hands-on activities that provide practical skills. We offer a variety of hobbies for kids to participate in, including building and running RC crawlers, bashers or race cars, or building and painting scale model kits, which can enhance their problem-solving and critical thinking skills, improve their dexterity and coordination, and offer opportunities to learn about different materials and techniques, thus fostering creativity and imagination.

Techtonic Hobbies - Jump Onto Our Website and See Our Team Corally Range
Thanks for the comparison. I was tossing up between getting a neo 3.0 or go all out for the mp10 as I'm not racing with no tracks within 5hour drive from me. Good to see you get your moneys worth for the mp10 so I'll go with that.
Doesn't seem like an appropriate comparison, it should've been compared with the last MP9 RTR instead of the Neo which is basically an MP7.5 that dates back around 25 years to '99/2000.
YeaR-Oh
599$ for that? Thats ridiculous, they sell for 399.00$ usa through multiple vendors. Mp10 readyset 529usa plus tax
Do the diffs get just the two spider gears in the diffs unlike the kits?
sorry but this car is a POS.
Why's that?
@johnnycash7803 well my son wanted to get back into racing so he bought one. We had nothing but problems with it. Tuning issues with the engine, always inconsistent. Constantly had cod shafts that came out or having to straighten the axles. The clip that holds the shock seals in would come out all the time. He said it would never drive the same one lap to the other, always slight pull one way or the other. Parts were always on back order. After a couple months of that bullshit he built a new Tekno nb482.1. Never had any issues with it. Probably 5 gallons of fuel through it now and no issues like before. Also the other car was ready for out drives and cvd shafts because they were worn out bad after 3 gallons this one still looks new. That's just a little bit my son could go for days about it.
Is this the regular slyder or the pro brushless
Woooo love the channel. Crazy Dad Nitro approved. 👍always before play. Therapy time. I subbed. I support everyone and i am a positive nitro vlog influencer. Keep the awesome content coming 😊👍💯👊🏻💪🏼💥🙏
For all the interested: get this as side basher or as a small starter. The servo linkage is incredibly sloppy, esc lags a little and is not prgrammable, the schrew are ultra tight and is just very complex to dismount and check the internal gears and diff. Also, the wheels on 3s last NOTHING, get a M chassis tamiya wheels, they are the perfect soze and very durable. Have fun, is an amazing basher if u just want to go crazy on a big area but nothing more, small upgradea are possible but make no sense. If u want something with better performance and overall ugrades get the grom.
😂
the real comparison should be with mp9 rtr.Neo is just an updated 20years ago mp7.5
Well now you're gonna be able to buy a Citroen 14303 in 15 days.
1. its not 1/16 its 1/14. Electronics are different. esc programmed differently, bigger motor and different servo.
Where did you get that for $249? You got ripped off big time. Wow. You got suckered on that one.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. I hope you meant to say $149??? Because that's what they're going for😮😮😮
That was my thought lol I just got the 16208 monster truck one for £95 to my door in 5 days from China with 2 battery’s included.
Think he meant Australian dollars 🙄
These guys are from Australia, maybe check this in future before shouting your mouth off.
But once you have the hex tool you have the hex tool no more searching around right.😂😂
The biggest gain with the MP10 readyset vs. NEO is all the parts for the full on race MP10 is parts compatibility to a MP10 readyset. You’re not going to upgrade the NEO to full race spec but you can the MP10 readyset. It’s a “get your feet wet in racing” before diving in head first and buy Ming a kit and everything separately. Race with 600-700 with the MP10 readyset instead of 1200-1500 for full kit.
If you look close those are little-the letter “K” on the tires. For KYOSHO!
The guy in the hat sounds like Joshua from War Games
Poraan kue bos
How do they say this is a racing tire when they are medium compound. This is a basher buggy.
Hey Tony, I guess it depends where you race. Here in Queensland we do mainly run a nice soft / ultra soft, but when the outside temp hits the mid thirties centigrade and our abrasive hard packed clay tracks eat soft tires, a medium isn’t as crazy as it sounds. It certainly wouldn’t be a quick tire by any means most of the time. I’d probably suggest though that a basher buggy looks a little more like this:
techtonichobbies.com.au/products/team-corally-spark-xb-6-6s-rtr-green?_pos=2&_sid=646bef3d6&_ss=r
Lancia delta evo2!!! Not lansia integrale😂😂😂
How good are these things I’m considering buying another
Those transmitters look like they could be switched between right and left hand config. If I am not mistaken the NEO 3 has been around for a very long time at least 20 years. They haven't changed much over that period.
Great video, the Inferno MP10 readyset should be compared with the MP9 TKI4 readyset rather than the Neo.
Am I the only one in the world who’s right handed and finds it way easier to hold the transmitter in my right hand and reaching over the top and steering with the left?
That’s what lefties do until they get a left handed transmitter
❤❤❤
❤❤❤
I hope they bring it out in electric I haven't tuned in nitro motor in 30 years
They have 😊
@@gourobkundu2173; thanks for the heads up I haven't seen the electric Virginia
Cool buggies and great comparisons, I have the neo 3.0 and enjoy it very much, subscribed new friends.
it is 1:14 scale no? Do you know some wheels for drifting but no plastic ones?
Yes mate, it’s 1/14 and it comes with 3 sets of wheels including drift ones.
@@techtonichobbies_RC yes but they are made of plastic, i was asking if there are any wheels diferents to buy
Thanks for the review :)
nice vid
I've had so many MST crawlers over the years. They're definitely ace. The new Redcat Ascent is better than the TRX4.
Thanks for the vid!
The Citroen was the king of the tarmac, but the Lancia’s were the best overall imo.
I'm glad someone agrees the Citreons where sometimes good haha!
Not to get off the subject but you look like that young kid named Lane off the voice. Really good country singer. I thought you were him for a minute You look just like him.😮 Check that kid out you'll agree.....😮😮😊😊
Hahah yeah I am just taking a break from singing and having blue eyes mate :)
👍👊💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
YESSSSSSS THE BOYS
I bought one of the little bit smaller ones 1/16 blackzon syider... second hand from someone... with a brushless motor upgrade and a upgraded battery pack... that little upgrade made them twice the truck.. the new brushless motor that he had put on before I bought it only costed $28 brand new
They sure are a great little platform for upgrades like that :)
Is it possible to exchange the shocks with oil shocks? Will that give it a better handling?
The standard shocks are friction mate, considering the weight of both models, they already handle pretty well. You could, if you wanted, fit any appropriate length oil shocks from either another brand of similar scale cars or a generic aftermarket brand. Honestly though, I’d be surprised if the handling was significantly improved. 😊
hey I think u should upload shorts since they get way more views then videos also this is really cool!
Does this truck belong to HPI? It is very similar to a 1/12 Chinese truck that is also 2wd (Xin lE Hong 9115) although I want to believe that with much better quality variator and batteries. greetings
Hey Mickey! The Blackzon Brand is owned by HPI for sure 😊
How do I get the stickers off of those?
The Decals are waterslide, so you get some warm water and stick them in it for a few minuets and then you can slide them off the paper and onto the model with a paintbrush. :)
