Can you verify that the bench goes down to 26"? The specs on Amazon say minimum height is 28". Maybe that's with wheels? I need it at 26" and I don't need the wheels so I'm hoping it can go that low.

What a shame that they don't have control over their assemblers in Australia and allow them to rebuild their product not to standard and offer zero customer service, lie and aggressively intimidate customers if you dare bring up any issues with their products at the same time endangering their customers health and well-being which is directly against their company mantra. I've personally reached out myself to Technogel directly in Italy and had zero assistance. So if anyone's wondering why I am giving this statement you should know that I gave technogel head office in Italy first opportunity to try and fix the issue but they did not want to assist or said they could not intervened with them not actually being the manufacturer in Australia pretty disappointing I must admit!! On the other hand I've had multiple of their pillows come directly from Italy and had zero problems and they've been nothing short of fantastic!! But things that have come out of the Australian workshop are completely terrible and cannot vouch for them at all. Very disappointing when you've got a company of this size not having consistent quality across the world.....
