Thanks. I discovered at zen awakening that drum circles help my pain go away and my body feel good in a positive way. Im going through a pain cycle so i played this while i laid on my emf mat. 😊 I didn't play along but i imagined it in my head.

Gonna be playing along with ya 2morro. No hand drumming classes anymore in my area. Used to have a reg Thurs hosted by an awesome hand drummer and his wife but they stopped doing it since they'd been running for more than 30 yrs. Great to find ur video!!!
