Hi TH-cam!! I am a huge radio fan and my content will be primarily based on radios. I shall also do reviews on accessories for radios. The radio in question is none other than the Baofeng UV-5R. Hey Everyone!!! This is my Nerf loadout I use for CQB. This is great for playing in small spaces and if your game mode allows two lives because the shotgun can take them out in one hit (it fires two shots at once). This earpiece is complete garbage!!!
When I hook a similar device over my ear, the 'speaker' is flapping out in free space about 0.5cm from the ear-hole which reduces the effectiveness, privacy (my wife does not want to hear this whilst she is watching TV) and allows background noise to take precedent over the earpiece (walking alongside a busy road for example). What am I doing wrong, why can't I position it to hold against the ear-hole? When I try to push it behind/under the 'Tragus' to be closer to the 'ear canal' that pushes it off the 'Helix' (google ear anatomy) and it becomes loose again. th-cam.com/video/mV2-fe5jSMs/w-d-xo.html

Will this guy work with the stereo 3.5mm aux like Walkman headphones? Or will I need to buy a separate earpiece?
I have tried using normal earphones for an iPod or phone to listen to music with and they worked just fine so I thunk they would as well. Hope this helps:)

It doesn't automatically look back but you can manually lock it back
Shortcuts for a painful test video: 1:53 Short cable Baofeng shoulder mic. 2:07 Long cable Baofeng shoulder mic. 2:23 XQF mic. 2:38 Showcomms one size fits none earpiece. 2:51 Retevis one size fits none earpiece. 3:05 G ear ripper. Didn't seem to test it with the onboard mic, nor the Baofeng one size fits none ear destroyer. Avoid ear pieces from China, they do not meet any standards for hearing protection and unless you want to lay in bed at 4AM wanting to shotgun mouthwash because there's a jet landing in your ears and you can't sleep like I do it's not worth the risk.
So the shoulder mic and the ear peace sound just as loud!?
Why would earpieces need hearing protection? You control the volume through the radio lol

Quick note these are made by the same manufacturer that originaly makes these for Motorola as far im concerned they carved the logo out and the stickers have the same forms and the cable looks the same just different plugs for ur needs so if ya wonderd over the price these esentially are motorola grade ones and lemme tell u that we have those at our fire department here in germany and they are bullied every time and work since the implementation of digital radio (which was about 15 years ago if im right) and none has failed so far not a single one!!!

I would say so, but the best one is the speaker mic made by retevis, I've done a video on that one and its the speaker mic in my profile pic:) Hope this helps

Hello Tom!I have the gun for about 2 weeks now and i might have a problem.When i got it out of the box,the hammer freely moved when the chamber was not loaded.But now,if i move the hammer in the "shoot" position,it will stay there even if the chamber is not loaded and if i press the trigger it wil come back to it s position.
does the slide locks back after the last shot?
Since it is not an electric or gas powered pistol, it does not lock back after the last shot. You can manually lock the slide back if you would like to. I hope this helps;)

@@edmacu That sucks! I found it in some hidden-away site, they had a couple in stock so I bought it beside an Umarex H&K USP Match. There's really only one problem with the gun, it's that the slide has a tendency to start jamming the gun due to it sliding forward too slowly.I had to take the gun apart and modify it, now it works like it's new.
@@antalgergo2699 unfortunately, we can't order that from europe. It might get confiscated by authorities along the way. With its problem and everything, still the best looking spring action for me. A lot better than what's available here. Many thanks for the idea about the gun mate.
