This is a used and renovated house so it costs $27,000. The price for a brand new house like this is $86,000.
That tv in the living room is ridiculously high-gonna put a crick in anyone's neck who's over 20. The loft, however, doesn't seem nearly as claustrophobic as most I've seen in these kinds of houses. The windows up there are key and very nice.
