Partially agree with you, but this game was originally designed for 3pp, and it shows right now. FPP is not really that good in this state of the game. I hope in the future they make it better, but right now for me it seems very "clunky".

you can edit a line in the config to limit fps. totally easy, but it makes the game feel stuttering for me.
You can limit frames in the nvdia control panel, no?
