VLOG 006 | Surf Trip in MEDEWI BALI, Long Left Waves & How I Got Poisoned By The Sea Water.
Medewi is such a dream to surf for a goofy-footed surfer. The dreamy long left waves are suitable for all levels. Though it's quite the hassle to get here, it's all worthwhile when the waves are perfect with much less crowd compared to Canggu and all the other commercialized towns in Bali.

Its hard to find a good instructor who can communicate well . I have just arrived in Canggu and intend to head to Medewi in a few days. Do you have a contact for him ? If he is Canggu even better ! I just bought a new smaller board so i need some help !I am in Bali for another 55 days and will be trying a few spots. Was here two years ago and love Medewi and of course the people. Great vid. Its actually really poor swell at the moment .
You can look for eddieronaldo from Instagram! I've surfed with him for 2 years and he's been very helpful and very familiar with Bali's surf spots. He's based in Canggu and Medewi is his homebreak but he can also bring you to places. Tell him Mandy recommended you :)

Hello, Thank you for your effort i really enjoyed watching your trip. However, i just want to ask you about the car during your trip to courchevel. Did you face any difficulties while driving in the snow. Thanks
Thank you! We rented a car with a set of tyres that are made for driving in the snow. There are also options where you can ask them to install the snow chain. Overall, we didn't face any difficulties at all. We took the drive slow and safely :) Hope this helps, we rented from Hertz.

Stay safe out there. Some of Lombok beaches are not beginners friendly😂
Thank you! I’d suggest to engage a local instructor to surf and communicate if you don’t feel comfortable with that swell. We only want the best experience 🙂
