That works nicely, we always cut spacer block jigs but mounted the plates separately. You don't have to hold the doors while installing that way

Just got mine to try and pair with my ct sys. Found a stellar 3D printed double blast gate on etsy to run it with my miter saw / table saw station. Im also a mobile installer, so im excited about this compact solution.

I found Carvex as a very finicky tool...a bit disappointed with blade dancing all around material...I tried Bosh broke a blade inside the head and that was it...back to Carvex no complaints anymore 😂😂

Roll it over. You blew out the back. Supposed too to a cut across the top and then back and forth till you cut through.

Their stuff is expensive, but listen how quite that motor is ,and the cut .🤨some other companies have some explaining to do .
