Thanks for the great Interview! 5:43 one of the reasons I love "The Quest and the Curse" from their album Dark Waters! I recieved the new EP today and I think it's a cool record! Happy that we got the "Underland" - alternative ending version on it. The Re-recording of "Sleepwalkers Dream" is epic too, love Diana's voice and the new aranged orchestrations. The two new songs are solid and the live recordings are a nice addition.

Great interview! Can't wait for my CD to arrive to listen to over and over.

The album conveys a lot of emotion, Mikko's voice is wonderful, Layne Staley's livello has a very particular voice, the whole band is beautiful! Juha Raivio is my favorite guitarist, besides him being beautiful, his guitar solos give me goosebumps ❤️🎼🤘🏻✨Aleah in my heart, beautiful voice! forever beautiful trees of eternity ❤️🎼✨

Love's Souvenir is by far the best song in the album. The mood in first half,the chorus,the lyrics all come together to become a masterpiece.

Great interview. Saw VOA recently on this last tour and heard Armada, Monsters and Tonight Im alive. TIA is a great song and I am sure hoping it will be the next single. Interesting that these new songs got a good or better reception from the crowd than the old ones - don't always see that.! For me VOA is now one of my top symph metal bands for many many reasons. VOA produces amazing video stories.. e.g. Monsters. Next time you talk to Clemi suggest they package them up on a DVD or Blu-Ray.. or offer for download. I would buy them for sure as I prefer physical media.

Oh damn, I can't wait to get this album in my hands after this interview. I'm counting the days. I already like so much monsters armanda and tonight I'm alive. It's already 3 out of 12 (i suppose), it's already great.

Great interview! I was already really excited for this upcoming album but you guys managed to up that with this discussion. I'll have to come back to this after the release and see if I can figure out the pop songs you were tiptoeing around. A belated album release show in the Boston area would be pretty damn cool - just saying! I'll cry if it's needed.

Man, I really hope these guys come back to Seattle. Easily one of this year’s music highlights for me.

I got to see them live on their first show of the tour and they were amazing! (I've seen Fabienne once before in 2019 with Eluveitie) My only regret is that I missed and didn't get a VIP ticket for Illumishade on this tour (I grabbed one for Visions of Atlantis at least, another great band) but if I could go back in time I'd have gotten one for Illumishade as well. I look forward to seeing them again!

I just don't understand how you can go from writing songs about killing emos to writing songs like the ones on If The Sky Came Down... Like BRO now YOU'RE the fucking gay emos. It's disappointing

Ambre is one SO Wonderful person, because she is human, and humans are on the verge of extinction, & for me that is an ever greater trait than her outstanding talent 💜 Respect 💜

Awesome interview! As someone who also adored the lyrics on the Pirates album, it was really satisfying to hear Ryan ask such intricate questions! It was also great to hear Meek's answers and learn more about his personal experience with being in the band. Hopefully Ryan gets more opportunities in the future to interview the other VoA members!

Ambre is a great singer and she wrote some lyrics on the album. Xandria has done fantastic move to take Ambre in the band, she is amazing, the album is full of surprises, different kinds of songs and many songs to offer. This is the first album that i bought from xandria and i am very excited. Nightwish Amorphis WT are also the bands that i love deeply and Ambre spoke about them. Asteria is my favourite song ( i do i love all of them) ❤️ as a Greek that i am too. Great 👍 interview,i love your questions,i have learned everything about her and the album too. Thank you for doing this interview and posting it. What is there not to like about Beyond The Black? The members are all awesome. Jennifer is amazing as a person and vocalist. Not to mention absolutely beautiful and a real sweetheart. I would love to see them here in Colorado. Denver or Boulder. I love the band.
