It's been 1 year since I lost my loving wife Corina Beatriz McCallister. She is still alive in my Heart and my memories. 27 wonderful years of Love and devotion. I have to look back at all the good times we had together the good and the hard. I will love her always. James McCallister her loving Husband.

Where do we get the backing track?
Is this the same James McCallister that played with Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels?

❤ What a beautiful tribute to an amazing woman. Corina w ould love that you did this. She is probably looking down at us and smiling. Merry Christmas to you and to keeping Corina's memory alive.
Ah...HEM...!!! [0:26] That would be an eight (8) bar blues form. 😉
Got the Rod McKuen look going on, can you sing in a whisper voice too? "I have been a Rover,....
Don’t Listen To That Guy In The Background James, You Sound Awesome Brother Without Any Help From Him ✊🏻🧔🏼♀️🎸
Very precise and good organized showing of the tabs. Thank you.
Thanks very much for posting this, James, and thanks Doug Boduch for the lesson.
Great playing
Awesome. You captured the exact feel and tone of Clapton doing that rendition live with Derek and the Domino's at the Fillmore East. Peace.
👉 James 'is the best 👈 Tank's Lesson 👍👍👍
You are a Great player!!!
3:00~ 5:30~🌠
Tab available?
Wow❤❤❤
Awesome job!
Thank You so much for sharing this amazing transcription, Doug!! Everything is Spot on!!!!!
It would probably be a real undertaking, but it would be so awesome if the Hal Leonard Corporation made a songbook for Derek and the Dominos In Concert, or Live at The Fillmore.
I've made it through.. "roughly" a few times.. but I'm glad I realized I was playing it wrong this whole time. makes a lot of sense this way.. lol the right way. but back in the day.. people didn't have quick access to tab.. we played by ear!
it's harder than it looks! especially if you've been playing it wrong for 25 years! lol out of E standerd
Dude that was amazing thank you!!
Thks for uploading James. This video is exactly what I was looking for!
Love this song - beautiful vocals and music! Thanks!!
This is an amazing performance and lesson of a Clapton classic; a true treasure trove of licks, techniques and styles. Great job!
Who Is the Singer?
Rusty Day
Even if I only retain 2% of this, it has improved every song I play.
Very nice
Nice job, Jimmy man. Excellent lesson.
Wow, that's a great tune, nice harmony

very good
I have a Pink Floyd video with him teaching all of Dark Side of the Moon. He is a great teacher.
Sounds great!!! Thought it was 8 bar on this one though?
Nice,my friend
For those who don’t know, the guitarist in this video is Doug Boduch who produced instructional videos for Hal Leonard, a couple of which were devoted solely to Clapton and were very good. I haven’t seen a credit for him anywhere so I thought he should get one!
Nice - give the man some credit for a very good video of a great song!
RICHARD! I had no idea! I one-hundred percent, thought it was James McCallister! I enjoyed the SRV vids on the same channel not knowing the performer was Doug. I was googling and googling. Folks, it pays to read the Comments! Thx, Richard.
It always seemed to me that In the Fillmore version, Clapton was trying to recreate Duane’s slide solos.
Great job.
So many videos do NOT explain the Penta positions used to build the chorus, but you DO explain it. GREAT thanks for this, you helped me so much. I do appreciate your willingness to explain. Thanks again.
This is great. Well done and I'm gonna learn it!
If you’re just learning these scales then you’re about 2 years away from playing this properly
Why are you watching it? I posted it years ago so other people could enjoy it. What have you posted to help others?
