Yeah there is homless people but unfortunately alot of them don't really help them self most of them end up homless because they don't pay there rent and spend it on drugs or alcohol instead of paying for there own roof over there head thats why most of them ara actually homless only got them self too bleam

These guys are ok. Once you're an addict then you're shunned already. If they really wanted to clean themselves up from the addiction, then they could do something. They've made a choice to continue their destructive behaviour. Hope they get better

Probation help you with finding accommodation, probation is like having your own support worker now.

The council have a duty of care to home anyone homeless.... Though saying this if the council does help you and places you into emergency accommodation and you either get kicked out by drugs or alcohol then the council do not have a duty to home you hence why these people end up homeless, Always a sob story with them they prioritised drugs and alcohol over accommodation, Note the the claim they said they can't claim benefits because they don't have a address which is absolute shite the job centre will allow you too use their address as your postal address if you're homeless, Stop being brainwashed by these people nothing but a sob story.

I feel for Chelsea. Firstly she needs treatment for her issues. Secondly she deserves better than to be led into a life drug addiction and thievery by the bald loser.
