See these are the braids I am used to getting from back in 2003… ♥️♥️they are beautiful my Braider when I was in the military used human hair… I was much younger -today I am salt & pepper… so is so happy to see You Rockin’ the Tree Braids 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

OMG braided hair letting it dries while tied back..no way. The damage to your real hair😢😢
I have been getting getting these braids every summer for many years, and luckily never had breakage from the braids when letting them while in a bun. The good thing about how she braids is that its not tight and all of your hair is braided. You will actually see plenty of growth! Hence the reason why I first got them after my dye bleach mistake lol

Love your videos. I'm a hair stylist (loctician, braided, natural hair styles) in Atlanta. Tree braids were on of my specialties like 15years ago. Im glad to see them make a come back. I'll be posting some of my pics and videos soon

Watched this as I just finished getting tree braids today, lol. It's been a long time since I've had my hair braided and this is perhaps the second time I've gotten tree braids. The braider seemed to struggle with the hair, which sounds like the same type you mentioned (Freetress Braid, Deep Twist. Not sure if it makes a difference, though, but it also says "Crochet & Latch Hook" in the front). I initially had brought a different hair, but they said that I needed to get something wavy, so I did). But the woman separated the hair so much, it's rather frizzy now. I still like it, but considering I bought six packs and she only used four, I wonder if she could've not separated the hair as much so I'd have tighter curls. My hair also is not individual braids like yours. It was done as like corn rows, and then every so often, more hair was fed in to create the volume. I like your look though as it looks neater and more versatile, lol. Anywho, I'm rambling 😅. Thank you for the tips and I'm going to go get some coconut oil to massage this sore scalp 😂
Yes, I used Free Tress Deep twist hair... its not crochet. All the braids are individual braids. The hair is light weight and soft...especially when its first done. I just got my hair rebraided yesterday and we only used 4 packs. If you ever make it to Atlanta, Definity book an appointment with @fastes_braider in advanced. lol well thank you so much!! Yes, it's really crazy how there are so many websites, articles, Amazon sellers, ebay, and most recently saw my picture in a store and I was never asked or gave consent. Have you every used human hair with tree braids?
I personally have never used human hair for my braids.... however my stylists has had clients to insist on using human hair, and they didnt like the results. Human hair with tree braids will look different than what you see my braids looking like. Human hair will not have the big full look, they slip out easily and will not last as long
Thanks for the tips. What about sleeping in the tree braids. Do you put in high bun or twist a few sections or something else?
Just to keep hair out of my face, I just do a messy high bun. Nothing special really.
