Honestly, I wasn’t very impressed with this product. The description says that it’s a one product wash and go, but my hair felt dry after a couple days. I definitely think it needs to be paired with a leave in conditioner. I’m just not sure which one……

I get a hybrid curly cut. She does a normal. Cut then strategically cuts the curls so they look great curly and just layered when straight.

Make sure you guys leave the resort and go out and enjoy the natural culture and scenery of the island: Ricks cafe, rafting is an experience, chukka tours, dolphin cove, street food, dunns river, parties. Go to St Thomas and enjoy some of the natural springs and other waterfalls. There is so much to do!!!

I got the Viome tear kit and I got my results but I slipped up a few times and went back to eating beef which I was told to avoid. I got so discouraged that I wasn’t losing weight I went back to doing keto and now I feel like shit. Maybe there’s some truth about Viome. After watching your video I’m going to really lock in for 2025 and follow my results.

I have had stylists act like assholes when I told them I didn't want a curly cut. God love them, especially the ones with straight hair. But it's always shit. 💯

But I feel like wet cutting on curly hair ends up with maximum shrinkage and I lose so much shape!! What about doing both? 😔

Does that help with buildup though? No shampoo just scares me. I did only use apple cider vinegar for cleansing a few years back when I was vegan and everything all natural and my hair was super healthy. Eventually, I had a lot of buildup so I went back to shampoo. I use a lot of products because my hair is thick and curly.

You know you could put conditioner on your ends and then shampoo your scalp this way you're not shampooing the ends of your hair and drying it out
