Hi everyone! My name is Taffy. I am mother of 3 grown daughters and I have 8 beautiful grandchildren. We will be sharing some of our favorite recipes. Might have a few day in the life's of and family moments.

Brown Sugar Pineapple Cobbler

1 cup self rising flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk or evaporated milk 1 to 2 cups fruit frozen or fresh 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar sprinkled on top Bake at 350 for 45 min to 60 I would check at 45 minutes if it doesn't look set in the middle tent with foil and check every 5 minutes

Very Easy Pumpkin Pie

1 deep dish 9 inch pie shell 15 oz pumpkin pie filling 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 teaspoons vanilla pinch of salt 2 teaspoons punkin pie spice 2 large eggs Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 mins till just set in middle or internal temp is 180 in center

Oh my goodness! I have to make this. I did not know you could buy frozen pineapple. We are so rural that we depend on our small town grocery store and they do not have this!! It has to be delicious. Frozen is as good as fresh! The next time someone heads to big town I'm requesting frozen pineapple! Thanks Taffy. This looks SCRUMMY!!! 😋

This is the same way I make my peach and blackberry cobbler. Except I use self rising flour 👏👏
