I think your tactic is asking to much from your players and they aren’t at the level to do it, maybe try to simplify your instructions. I created a tactic for my Bordeaux Youth Challenge that got me promoted with 100% win rate in the league and got to the cup final in the first season, and got me all the way to Ligue 1 in back to back promotions by winning the league every season. It’s also a 4-2-3-1 with dms: GK - Sweeper Keeper (De) - No added instructions RB and LB - Inverted Wing-Back (Su) - Shoot Less Often and Tackle Harder Both CB - BPD(De) - No added instructions Right DM - Segundo Volante(At) - Move into Channels and Tackle Harder Left DM - DM(Su) - Tackle Harder AM(R) and AM(L) - Winger(Su) - Shoot Less Often and Tackle Harder AM(C) - Attacking Midfielder(At) - Take More Risks, Move into Channels and Tackle Harder ST - Advanced Forward - No added instructions Mentality: Balanced In Possession: Pass Into Space, Focus Play Down the Left and Right, Slightly Higher Tempo In Transition: Roll it Out, Counter and Counter-Press Out of Possession: Higher Defensive Line, High Press, Much More Often and Prevent Short GK Distribution Good luck in the next season, really enjoying the save! I feel like if it's getting too difficult further in the future, you should be able to buy back previous academy talents that were poached. Could see the return of Yusif Acquah. Love the series though

I've done something similar with Croatia and Dinamo Zagreb. One recommendation is to use the same formation for both long term and train your Celtic players in the roles they will ultimately play in for the national team. Another thing I did which I think you're doing is only signing Croats. Good luck 🙂
