C.M.C. - 1tbsp
Glucose - 2tbsp
Icing Sugar - 1kg
Water - 3tbsp
Egg White - 2
You can use tylose instead of C.M.C.
They work same way.
Also, you may choose to add little glycerin and/or liquid flavor. It’s optional.
