Hey! I have the vibe amp to but i took i out of my old car so diddnt install it in my e91 yet is it worth it to install the vibe amp?

what if I have a different air bag plug, do I have to buy a new spool tape or file the old one?

I installed a powerbox, and when I try to plug the high input rca's from the harness to my Hertz sub amp, the amp will stay in protection mode, not turning on. If I connect the sub to the low output rca's from the powerbox, it turns on, but then the Hertz amp will not show any voltage so I can set the gain(but sound is playing fine). Its very weird, i have tu tune everything by ear.

Small turbo

If you have a LCI / facelift E90/91/92 etc. - DON'T do it this way, it will ruin the rubbery backside of your steering wheel, if you pry that way! Instead you have to just slightly and carefully poke in at about a 45° angle. The poking alone does release the airbag. No prying necessary at all. I wish I wouldn't have tried it that way.

Had a similar issue with a 320d e90. Suddenly would crank weakly but no start. Disconnected and reconnected the battery and it started up fine. Later that day the engine turned off on its own, and wouldn't start or even crank. Suddenly did start but turned on the exclamation point (!) Lights all the way home. Next day no issues at all... could it be this problem too?
