My name is Kylie Ohlmiller and I first picked up a lacrosse stick in 3rd grade. Soon after that the sport quickly became my obsession. I grew up on Long Island, NY and have been lucky enough to experience lacrosse in one of the sport's hot beds from my time as an Islip Youth player to my college career at Stony Brook University to now in the Women's Professional Lacrosse League for the NY Fight.
My hope for this channel is to offer a fun online space where everyone can come from all over to learn from me! How-to's, workout routines, days in the life - all things Kylie Ohlmiller. Make sure to stay tuned & suggest video ideas in the comments!

Some drills would be great! I know that you are more offensive oriented, but would you be able to do some drills for offense, defense, and midfield aswell? Maybe a video on what it means to be a good teammate, how to create that team culture, and what you think is important to be successful. Just some ideas :)
