@@DD-Aerial-Photography very poorly rated hospitals in the area you mean. I recently had a health emergency and ended up driving down to Orlando rather than risk my life here in Leesburg ☠️

I agree, it's hard to drive down the roads with construction going on, then the other side has people move in and there truck takes up a lot of space. Very difficult to maneuver. Delt with it in Shady Brook

The streets with the curbs are more likely designer or premiere subdivision. The drains in the middle are for Villas, cause the street with the Villas don't have a crown. The streets are more like a shallow valley, to drain the water towards the drain

@@DD-Aerial-Photography The houses you were showing at 11:27 were not villas they were regular big block and stucco houses.....those look like super nice houses and then they have crappy streets.....makes no sense. That would be a big turn off.

It seems the Developer may be doing something different in this Neighborhood. Looks to me now that I'm home and can see it on the TV, it's just the way the road is built.

@@DD-Aerial-Photography exactly.....no rhyme or reason.....I'm sure it is all about the money. It's cheaper to make the street narrower and only have one opening in the center and no curbs.......

One might suspect that part of the reason the bond is so high is because they are doing this testing and remediation to prevent future sinkholes. That work can't be cheap.

They are just filling in the cavities under ground with concrete

@momtobobby I say they are filling in the cavities underground. I believe its a good thing.

@@gregr1416 No....the bond is high because they are seeing how many suckers will pay it before they have to lower the price of the home to make up the difference.

It's still feels a little village unless you go out away from your area. If you live in Orange Blossom and go to Brownwood. That's on you, you had the choice to stay at Spanish Springs. It just gives you more options if you travel around "The Villages" worlds friendliest....

Glad you enjoyed the video. I personally am appreciative that the Developer is doing a "prevention" maybe delaying sink holes. Rather than happening, sink holes have happened in the Villages already. It's nice to know that the Developer is trying to stop them

@@Locustfarmandfabshop you'll have to change the camera settings. I don't remember which drone you have, so night time and low light may not work with yours very well
