Hi Pauldarderi, yes the power to weight is excellent, i to had a 66, right hand drive with a 289w, great cruiser but with the 351w makes it a bit more fun to drive. Thankyou for watching and your comment Cheers

Hi Andrew, Thankyou for watching and your comment. These boats are great. The only small issue I had with installing the swingaway, is the tension of the brake cable, it needed a bit of adjustment to allow the drawbar to swing away But it is well worth the investment Thanks again Cheers

Hi Kristoffer, Thankyou for watching and your comment. From my experience I find 250k pots work best for single coil pick ups, while the 500k pots suit the humbuckers. So for the Super Distortion T i used 500k and for my style works great! Thanks again Cheers

Hi Roger Watson Thank you for watching and your comment The Cleveland’s are a great strong motor I had a 302 Cleveland for a rebuild but I ended up giving it to a mate who needed it alot more than I did I would like to get a fastback one of these days…but I’m enjoying my coupe for now Cheers

A Cleveland in a 65 is a nightmare much bigger and heavier than the Windsor also very hard to change plugs

@@ruddjamcustoms7193 I have had my share of ponies. Currently the wife has 65 289 with the good 351 heads on it. Others were a beast of a 67 coupe s code 390 gt. Owned a basket case 69 mach1 Q code 428 cj 4 speed. Currently I drive 51 5 window chevy pickup with the sbc and just finished last year my 34 Chevy 2dr sedan I call her princess because she is a queen that gets driven. 65 and still twisting the wrenches. I think my youngest grandson at 9 has the fever. If he proves out he shall recieve my 51 after I pass or walk away from driving.

This is my second mustang, my fist was a 1966 coupe with a 289, it was more a show car and I was to nervous to drive it around. I bet your wife’s 65 would go pretty well. Cheers

​@@RicAughinbaugh-lj9nnNope I dont fib about hot rods. Been driving them 2:46 since high school which was a 289 falcon ranchero. I also failed to mention the 64 falcon 2 dr HTC I recently sold. Had a bad ass old school solid life cam backed by a 5 speed. Just an old silver top that finds his passion. Currently working on a 76 dodge shortened 4by4. Some fib others dont. I would bore you with pictures but I dont know how to post them on here.

Hi elmo, Thankyou for watching and your comment….this is a tough question. They are both such beautiful guitars to play, so versatile for all styles of music, I would probably pick the RG, based on the fret board radius, and the slim line neck, for my style of playing it feels more natural for the flow of scales up and down the fret board, but, if price was a concern, shop around for the cheapest price of the two, you will not be disappointed with either. For today, my pick is the RG 🤘🏼

Hi Darin Dooley Thankyou for the comment, my mustang is an early 1965 model, which at this time the backup lights did not come standard, this was an option, but, when I do upgrade the back up lights, I will take on your advise and change to white The 351w is a great addition to this car, just for that added Hp Cheers 🍻

Hello Christ Islord, Thankyou for watching and your comment. The routing on the body of the guitar, is just enough for the bridge to have clearance all around the cavity, the only issue I had was the tremolo block, on the bridge, we’re the spring connect too, hit the spring cover plate on the back. You could choose to simply remove the cover plate, or, do what I did, and have the block machined down, a few millimeters on the side which attaches to the trem Hope this explains it enough for you. Diffinitly worth doing! Rock on!

I actually prefer the (S) rail version of the Super Distortion in a strat (6 screw tremolo) over the standard hb'er version......the sound retains a touch more clarity imo, yet sounds totally like a true hb'er.

Hi Jacolos777, Thankyou for the interest in my video, I’ll try to explain, in your js100 the white wire comes from the selector switch and the red wire goes to the tone pot and the bare wire goes to the volume pot. Dimarzio use Red from the selector switch White and black get twisted together and taped off Green and bare twisted together and back to the volume pot I chose not to split the humbuckers through the tone pull switch as I get a great tone from use if the volume control Hope this helps Rock on!
