'Secure a home' ! Lol there are tons of inventory on the market, listings are not selling at asking prices. Don't rush to buy, just make low ball offers and move on to the next one when rejected. Lol. The market is crashing in Toronto, the GTA and BC.

Yes prices continue to decline week after week. Smart people have left the Canadian real estate market. The best days are long gone.
