My year, in review, although it seems as I have had a busy time, this was one of my more quiet years. Memorable all the same.

With low tides, comes the sandy shorelines of Castle Rock lake. Old stone farm foundations can still be seen, and other treasures along the way.

Kickapoo Valley Reserve hosted it's 2nd Winterfest. Tons of fun were had, including Joe winning the Snow snake competition. Snow sculpture, dogsled races, sleigh rides, and Raptors during the fireside chat were just a few of some of the fun activities during our visit.
