The way you are carrying weight is not good. Both hands are in opposite direction which results in one side more tilted downwards.
Please tell for how much time one should do exercise on daily basis generaly
Start with 30 mins, 5 times a week. Developing consistency and developing exercise activity into a habit is more important than how much time you spend in one day. Hopefully it helps.
