This RentOK app and Oxotel company is a fraud. I've lived in this PG for 3 months, and I haven't received my deposit refund yet. I had paid all my deposit, rents, electricity and Wi-Fi bills on time. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to follow up on the status of my deposit refund, but regrettably, I have encountered consistent unresponsiveness and negligence from your company's end. Despite my efforts to reach out via email and phone calls, I have not received any meaningful response or acknowledgment of my concerns. I am dissatisfied with the company's communication and delay in addressing their refund request. Despite multiple attempts to contact the customer service team, they have not received any update on the status of their refund request. I've not been using the app for past couple of months and no longer has access. Informed them to deactivate my account but they keep sending payment remainders to tenants. No response not even a single help from there side.This app is good for nothing. I suggest everyone not to use this app. Pathatic experience. If anyone from Oxotel is reading this be ashamed and Reply!
