Hi guys! It has been awhile, but bringing it back with one of my best friends Taylor.
We have both gotten so many questions over the years about college tennis, and we thought it might be fun (and hopefully helpful!) to sit down and chat about all things college athletics.

This is a way for me to document my final (?!?!) season playing collegiate tennis. My goal is to give people an inside look at all that goes on behind-the-scenes of collegiate athletics (and also to share my wonderful teammates and friends with you all). GO TIGERS! xx, kenz
So much money spent on this sport that generates no revenue. Who pays the bill for this? The rest of the student body does through higher tuition. Donations to the athletic department. Unless money is no object, which is the case for very very few, then why would anyone give their hard earned money to pay for for this for strangers you don't know who likely come from nice homes? (and by the way, tennis is my favorite sport....played it my whole life)
Only 2 to 3 college sports actually generate much income.

SO COOL! I love watching tennis, however, I've never played. What racquet would you recommend to a 26-year-old woman?
Ik I’m not her, but as a Highschool tennis player about to go D3, i have some advice. You could possibly join a club in your area. You could receive lessons and do match play. Or you could go to a local court and learn with a wall or ask a friend to hit with you. Hope that helps! It’s never to late to start this game. It’s so healthy and fun.
