Foolproof Chocolate Chiffon Cake! Easy and Delicious 😋

Today, I’m sharing with you how to make easy chocolate chiffon cake that has fresh cream, strawberries and ganache. It’s a perfect gift if you want to make and give to friends, family or colleagues. In the video, I didn’t add how to make ganache as I made a mistake not to check if I have pressed record so I missed that shot and also the inside of the cake. My apologies 🙏🏼
This is one of my favourite recipes that I’ve been using for over 10 years and I’m so happy to share with you. I hope you enjoy the video and like the cake. You can change the fillings to suit yourself as well. If you only like plain chocolate cake, this is a good one to have too.

Here is the recipe for 2 pans of 8”.
Chocolate Chiffon Cake
3 eggs, separate yolks and whites
75 g milk
1/2 tbsp white vinegar (to mix in milk)
70 g oil
80 g plain flour of cake flour for lighter texture
25 g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
120 g sugar (150 g if you like sweet cake)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp white vinegar (to use in egg white)
For cream
400-500 grams fresh cream
2 tbsp condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla beans paste
For ganache
200 g dark chocolate
180 g fresh cream
20 g salted butter
For strawberries filling and decorating
300 g fresh strawberries
Save 4 strawberries for decorating
Tips :
•Make ganache beforehand so it’s not too hot and runny by the time we use it for decorating. To make, heat the cream in microwave about 30 seconds then pour over the chocolate.
•Add 1/2 tbsp vinegar in 75 g milk. Let sit.
•Sift flour and cocoa powder into the baking pan to help safe washing and that can help with using baking paper as well.

How long you cooked the broth for
From start to finish it takes just about 25 minutes. Fish cooked before carrots but depends how big your fish head is as well. You can also cook carrots first for 5 minutes then add the fish if you don’t want the meat to fall apart. I hope that helps 😁
