That was a tailless whip scorpion (Amblypgid); the vinegaroon is a tailed whip scorpion (Uropygid). Those are more crab-like, but these are more lobster-like.

What if Satan is the good guy and the Bible is propaganda from God? After all, in Genesis Satan merely promised enlightenment, while God complained that Adam and Eve had “become like us” knowing right from wrong. Sounds like God wants to keep us ignorant and Satan wants to show us the truth.
