*has flashbacks to that episode with the motel or whatever it was* On a more serious note though, I’ve had difficulty with eating and energy for years but recently it’s gotten really bad and now I am shivering, I feel sick when I speak, I turn a grayish color and almost pass out every time I stand. I have to get blood work done and I’m terrified of needles, but if there’s one thing I can do and do well, it’s imagine. And this audio you’ve provided has helped me calm myself down whenever I get too stressed about the blood work and has helped me calmly come back from an intense dizzy/shivering spell.
